Payment options
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made
in EURO €, USD $, GBP £ or other currencies. Payment for your
accommodation is to be made by credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
Please note that a 4% sales tax is applied to all American Express or
Diners Club Card payments.
To pay by credit card by telephone
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Union Card, Diners Club
and American Express by telephone, fax or through our website.
To pay by credit card over the telephone, please call +39 02 303126447.
Between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM Italian time (GMT+1hour)
When you call, please supply us with the following details:
• Credit card type
• Issuing bank
• Card number
• Card holder’s name as it appears on the card
• Card expiry date
• Card billing address
• Card holder’s passport number
• ID code (for Visa and Mastercard, the last 3 digits of the code on the
signature field on back of card, for American Express the 4 digit code
on front of the card above the end of the card number)
Your credit card information is strictly confidential. We delete all
credit card information after payment has been made.
To pay by credit card by fax
Please print out the attached credit card authorization form (doc) and
fax it to the following number: +39 02 700542344.
