The area is Sestiere S. Polo, in the heart of Venice, with many local restaurants, nice shops and bars. The apartment is in campo S. Silvestro, very close to Rialto Bridge. From here you can visit the Church of Frari and Scuola Grande of S. Rocco, you can reach the other nice areas of S. Croce and Dorsoduro or you can cross the Rialto Bridge and go to the most wonderful square in Italy Piazza San Marco.

Prices are 10% higher during Easter, Christmas and New Year, Carnival, Biennale opening (beginning of June), Venice International Film Festival (beginning of September)
