Apartment Venice features

Very nice apartment well renovated, with parquet and raftered ceiling. 70 m2 on the 1st floor with independent entrance. The apartment has two levels. On the first level there are a large living room with two sofas and dining table, fully equipped kitchen area and closet. On the second level there are a bedroom with double bed (twin beds also available) and bathroom with shower. All windows have a wonderful view on Campo dei Frari.

Surroundings
The area is Sestiere San Polo, in the heart of Venice, with many local restaurants, shops and bars. In this area there are Church of Frari, Scuola Grande of San Rocco and Church of San Polo. It is also 5-10 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, Museum Accademia, Ca’ Pesaro (Museum of Modern Arts) and Roma Square.
