Apartment Venice features

Large apartment, 120 m2 , on the 2nd floor. The apartment has two nice roof terraces (about 40 m2) with a wonderful panoramic view on Venice. It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a small room with window where it is possible to add one bed, bathroom with tub and closet.

Surroundings
Sestiere Santa Croce is a quiet area of the centre of Venice. The apartment is close to Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio, a very nice square with trees, restaurants, shops, bars and a small supermarket. It is 10 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and close to Church of Frari and Scuola Grande of San Rocco.

Prices are 10% higher during Easter, Christmas and New Year, Carnival, Biennale opening (beginning of June), Venice International Film Festival (beginning of September)
