A cosy apartment, 50 m2, on the 1st floor of a building
with independent entrance. The apartment has 2 floors.
On the first floor there are a bedroom with twin beds
(or double bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the
second floor there are a living room with two chair beds
and dining table, a kitchenette and a small bathroom.

Surroundings
The area is Sestiere Castello, a wonderful part of
Venice, at the same time quiet and close to shops and to
the main attractions of the city. It is only 5 minutes
walk from St Mark Square (Piazza San Marco) and 10
minutes from Biennale. In Campo (“Campo” is typical
Venetian small square) S. Maria Formosa and Campo SS.
Giovanni and Paolo there are magnificent churches and it
is possible to relax in one of the several cafés with
terrace.
