Apartment Venice features
Nice apartment, 70 m2, on 2nd floor. It has two levels:
on the first level there are hall with balcony, a
bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a
bathroom with tub. On the second level there are a
living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette and
a terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is quiet
and cosy.

Surroundings
The area is Sestiere S. Polo, in the heart of Venice,
with many local restaurants, nice shops and bars. The
apartment is in a quiet calle (typical narrow Venetian
street) near Campo S. Silvestro, very close to Rialto
Bridge. From here you can visit the Church of Frari and
Scuola Grande of S. Rocco, you can reach the other nice
areas of S. Croce and Dorsoduro or you can cross the
Rialto Bridge and go to the most wonderful square in
Italy Piazza San Marco.
