Modern and cosy apartment, 80 m2, on the 1st floor with elevator. The building has a nice garden/courtyard with banana trees. The apartment has a living room with 2 single sofa beds and dining table, a large fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom with double bed. The bathroom has tub. All windows have a nice view an canal.

Sestiere Cannaregio between Fondamente Nuove (landing place of boats for the islands of Venice) and Church of SS. Giovanni and Paolo. A quiet and charming area of Venice, only 10 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. From here the famous islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido of Venice are easy to reach by water bus (vaporetto).
