Nice apartment, recently renovated and quiet, 47 m2, on
the ground floor. It overlooks a nice garden with banana
trees and flowers. The apartments had a living room with
sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen area and dining table, a
bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Surroundings
Sestiere Cannaregio between Fondamente Nuove (landing
place of boats for the islands of Venice) and Church of
SS. Giovanni and Paolo. A quiet and charming area of
Venice, only 10 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and
Rialto Bridge. From here the famous islands of Murano,
Burano, Torcello and the Lido of Venice are easy to
reach by water bus (vaporetto).
