Surroundings
The area is Sestiere Dorsoduro, close to Roma Square (where there is car parking) and to the train station Santa Lucia. It is a quiet area, but close to many shops. It is also close to Campo Santa Margherita, with its restaurants and cafés, to Church San Pantalon, Church of Frari and Scuola Grande of San Rocco.

Prices are 10% higher during Easter, Christmas and New Year, Carnival, Biennale opening (beginning of June), Venice International Film Festival (beginning of September)
